Registration;
Gifujets.com registration is only open to JET programme participants in Gifu Prefecture, both current and alumni. The decision to restrict or un-restrict access to parts of the site to registered users is made by the Prefectural Advisors (PAs) on the Admin team. The PAs also reserves the right to refuse/cancel membership.
Account Usage;
Your Gifujets.com account is for your personal use only. You are only allowed one account. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not use auto-login for any public access or school computer.
Inappropriate Material
The following is considered inappropriate for Gifujets.com. If any such material is found any part of the site, the author will be formally warned, and possible banned from the site. If you find any such material on the site, please inform the Admin team. These communications will be kept confidential.
• Inflammatory or offensive comments about other users
• Any kind of discriminatory comments.
• Obscene or pornographic material or any links to sites which contains/promotes such material.
• Any advice/discussion on how to break/circumvent the law (including copyright laws). This includes but is not limited to; peer-2-peer, links to sites which promote pirated software/media.
• Commercial advertising or promotion of your own/friends website. If the website/product is JET related then you can submit it for approval to the Admin Team.
• Spamming i.e. repeated posting of the same item.
• Any copyrighted material, the rights to which are not held by the uploader (unless the uploader has consent from the holder of the copyright).
Complaints
If you have any complaints about the site then please email the Admin team.
Your Privacy
The admin team will not pass on any of your information that we hold to third-parties. However, we reserve the right to reveal any information we hold about you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any content posted using your account.
Disclaimer
While Gifujets.com is monitored regularly, we cannot be held responsible for any false or offensive content, or any copyrighted materials that may be posted on the site. Breaches of the terms and conditions will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Any use of the site is an agreement to the above terms and conditions. The PAs on the Admin team reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Any such change will be followed by an announcement on the site.
