Doctor/Hospital Search Engine Gifu Prefecture Medical Institution Guidance System - This is an English database of all medical institutions in Gifu Prefecture.
You can search by foreign languages available, hospital name, location, symptoms/treatment, consultation hours, and telephone number.
Even if a medical institution only offers consultation services in Japanese, you can still do a search for medical institutions in English and find someone to go to the hospital with you and interpret.
The data is updated annually and is current as of March 2009.
