This print was used during the Beyond Textbook Japanese workshop to teach common phrases in the Japanese dialect spoken in Gifu Prefecture - Gifu-ben. On it is a conversation in Gifu-ben, along with a standard Japanese version of the same dialog, a romaji version, and an English version.

This is a worksheet that was passed out along with the other class materials during the Improving Students` Pronunciation workshop. These sheet has pairs of similar-sounding words which the ALT writes on the board, and then has competing students try to hit the correct word with a plastic hammer or flyswatter before the other. Great fun and good pronunciation practice.

These sheets (drawn by Miki Brunotte) were passed out during the Improving Students` Pronunciation workshop. One print shows mouth-shape differences between the commonly-mistaken `s` and `th` sounds. Another print shows each mouth-shape used in making the words `mouth` and `mouse` and illustrates the physical differences between the two.
